Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and prior experience in Construction and the Restaurant industry is a plus. Candidates must have purchase order invoice matching experience. Advanced proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with Oracle Cloud experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort with supplier negotiation and issue resolution, and the ability to review architectural drawings for take-offs are essential. The candidate must be highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess effective prioritizing and time management skills. This position requires the candidate to be located on the East Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities

The Construction Services Analyst will manage the purchasing and delivery logistics of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and services for new build and remodel restaurant projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with construction schedules. They will conduct analytics on costs, volume, and material handling to identify savings opportunities. Responsibilities include providing support to the Development team, guiding field executives, architects, and general contractors on FF&E procurement, and managing the bid process for key categories. The analyst will assist in preparing construction budgets, initiating purchase orders, and tracking capital project spend against budgets. They will monitor invoices and payouts, resolve processing issues, and manage databases and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Improving workflow efficiency through process evolution, reporting, and tracking is also a key responsibility.
