The Construction Quality Manager will develop, implement, and manage the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP). They will conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and contract specifications. The manager will monitor construction activities to identify and resolve quality-related issues proactively, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and prepare detailed documentation. They will oversee testing procedures, train project staff on quality control standards, interface with clients and regulatory agencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
