We are seeking a Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist to oversee construction projects remotely while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of construction processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines.
• Excellent customer relations skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams in different locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
