Requirements
Customer centric mindset that focuses on solving customer pain points by providing products and services that meet customer needs
5+ years of experience working in the Construction Management field or as technical property manager
Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, property/facility management company and/or owner’s representative (preferred)
Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Structural) or related field (preferred)
Experience in Property Improvements, Roofing, Construction
Responsibilities
Lead a team of architects, consultants and contractors to develop tenant improvement plans, make ready works, CAPEX, specifications, construction budgets, and schedules
(Technical) Project Management varying from the replacement of technical installations, fit-out works to a complete building make-over
Work effectively as part of the Property and Asset Management team
Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services to align them to customer needs
Manage the permitting process and all necessary approvals from local authorities
Develop, tender and manage competitive bid packages for a variety of sizes of Tenant and Capital Improvement projects in construction cost, sustainability, timing, scope and service
Research design and construction innovations and value engineering opportunities that will enhance and futureproof Prologis’ projects without compromising functionality or life cycle costs
Identify and initiate opportunities to upgrade and maximize the value of existing real estate portfolio
