Responsibilities

Planifier, exécuter, contrôler les déploiements assignés
Animer des ateliers de formation selon la stratégie d’apprentissage
Faciliter des rencontres du programme (rencontre de lancement, présentation des résultats diagnostic opérationnel, arrimage hebdomadaire, comité de pilotage, revue post-mortem, etc.)
Accompagner et coacher les leaders tout au long du programme, en répondant à leurs questions, en clarifiant les concepts et en encourageant la participation active
Évaluer les progrès des leaders tout au long du parcours
Contribuer activement à l’amélioration des outils et pratiques du programme
