Responsibilities

Piloter le déploiement du programme de leadership déjà élaboré dans l'ensemble des sites et usines
Coacher et accompagner les leaders de premier niveau pour améliorer leurs compétences et habiletés de gestion
Établir une structure d'échange claire pour encadrer le programme grâce à des compétences en communication et en animation
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des résultats auprès des différentes cohortes et recommander les ajustements nécessaires
Coacher les collègues des RH dans l'application de leurs rôles
Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour atteindre les objectifs d’apprentissage
Participer aux décisions clés et contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue du programme
