  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently

Responsibilities

  • Provides 5-star customer service to all employees and guests across all forms of communication; represents SPS and clients positively in person, on the phone, and over email
  • Welcomes and orients guests and clients, maintains visitor logs, and coordinates with Building Security to ensure safety and access control
  • Oversees the quality of the lobby concierge experience, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor even in stressful situations
  • Responds to inquiries about building amenities (bike storage, mailroom, loading dock, etc.) and directs requests to the appropriate departments
  • Assists with scheduling car/limo services, restaurant recommendations, reservations, and providing directions to nearby locations
  • Maintains key control, logs contractors, and monitors use of carts and other shared resources; keeps accurate records in the logbook
  • Ensures the lobby and common areas remain secure, clean, and welcoming; monitors cameras and manages package deliveries and storage
  • Escorts and assists tenants or guests as needed, including with packages, groceries, or dry cleaning
  • Processes maintenance requests and prevents unauthorized solicitations within the building
  • Collaborates with team members to maintain front desk coverage, trains back-up staff, and provides guidance on procedures
  • Builds professional relationships with employees, tenants, and clients while consistently maintaining composure and professionalism
  • Provides front-of-office concierge or reception support, and back-of-office mail/office services coverage as required
