Responsibilities

  • Regular engagement with travelers during booking and travel to ensure a luxury client experience
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to build a repeat customer base and encourage future bookings through regular follow-up
  • Manage your own schedule with autonomy, balancing client needs with personal time while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance
  • Collaborate effectively with other sales teams and departments to enhance the customer experience, increase repeat sales, and improve processes
  • Proactively identify and address issues, resolve conflicts or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leverage personal travel experience and knowledge of global destinations to provide informed recommendations on key products (hotels, venues, restaurants)
  • Use sales skills to recommend travel options, upsell services, and create personalized travel packages aligned with clients’ preferences and needs
