Requirements

Exposure to various SAP products like ECC, S4, SCM, CRM, PO, BOBJ, EWM, Solution Manager
Comfortable working with SAP ABAP and SAP Java based Netweaver Systems
Hands-on experience on Administration of Linux and Windows
Knowledge of business process improvement best practices
Ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities

Responsibilities

Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling
Provide technical upgrades, functional and technical enhancements
Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products
Integration/Middleware Requirement Analysis
Interface monitoring and performance tuning
Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems
Occasional on-call responsibilities
Participate in the implementation, development and integration of new technologies within the organizational structure
Track and record technology development needs; provide input or recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the organization's technology products
Collect and analyze information on technology products and development tools for systems and applications, network and data, software and hardware
Participate in testing and evaluating technologies during the selection process
