Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and frameworks (primarily Spring Boot)
Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Proven expertise in developing and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or Azure
Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern UI framework (React.js preferred)
Solid understanding of SQL and database design principles
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and identifying multiple solutions

Responsibilities

Design and develop business-critical solutions leveraging cloud-based services on AWS/Azure
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams including Business Solution Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Operations throughout the software development lifecycle
Architect, build, and unit test integrations using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring compliance with coding and quality standards
Work with QA teams to validate integrations and partner with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Participate in solution design reviews, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices
Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code within agreed project timelines
Continuously explore and adopt AI-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Copilot, Agentic AI) to streamline and accelerate the software development process
Contribute to Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
