Requirements

Candidates should possess a high attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and comfort working within a cleanroom environment following defined procedures and protocols. They must also demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, a good understanding of basic mathematics, and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. Shift work, including Monday to Friday schedules from 06:54 am to 23:00 pm with potential overtime, is required.

Responsibilities

The Compounding Technician will be responsible for picking and preparing raw materials, aseptically compounding sterile solutions, packing finished units for orders with final inspection, labeling and dispatching prepared products, ensuring documentation is completed according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures, contributing to Baxter’s diversity and inclusion culture, and performing other duties as required.
