Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics, be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be able to use computer systems, and have good attention to detail. Experience in Healthcare, manufacturing, or warehousing would be advantageous, and a willingness to learn new skills is required.
Responsibilities
The Compounding Assistant will be responsible for picking and preparing raw materials, labelling, inspection, and sealing of compounded products, packing of finished units, labelling and dispatching of prepared products, maintaining and housekeeping of the work area, ensuring documentation is completed according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures, and performing other duties as required. They will also be expected to provide assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols, adapt to shift work schedules, and execute repetitive results in a consistent and accurate manner, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
