Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for equivalent experience, and a minimum of five years of experience in the financial services industry. They should have extensive knowledge of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), including the ability to calculate portfolio statistics, ratios, and thresholds for reporting purposes, and experience running Waterfall projections. Familiarity with Wall Street Office Product Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Services Lead Analyst will be responsible for ongoing transaction deliverables such as Waterfalls and Investor Reports, reading and interpreting trust indentures, setting up payment calculations in various systems, receiving and reconciling collateral data, assisting the team with queries and system issues, managing inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions, facilitating resolution between internal groups, and becoming the primary point of contact for clients and trustees. The role also includes completing special projects, reviewing cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts, and demonstrating strategic thinking and customer relations experience.
