Requirements

Experience and expertise in content and privacy regulatory compliance
Robust understanding of operational processes underpinning regulatory compliance with OSA, DSA, GDPR, and other content moderation and privacy standards
Excellent program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Experience leading third-party compliance audits
Strong written communication and customer service skills, with ability to engage across all levels of internal and external leadership
Ability to empathize and collaborate with colleagues, independently manage and run projects, and prioritize efforts for risk reduction
Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver effective solutions, and break down technical work into understandable pieces
Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligence

Responsibilities

Drive compliance readiness for regulatory content and privacy programs across OpenAI, including compliance with regulations such as DSA and OSA
Enable OpenAI’s business and regulatory compliance by prioritizing risk mitigation and building processes that reduce friction and optimize resource use for supported teams/projects
Partner with internal teams to scope projects and initiatives that advance key objectives
Automate administrative burdens to focus on pressing operational priorities
Leverage team knowledge: learn, develop expertise to cover gaps, bolster efforts, internalize feedback, and drive personal growth
Build and improve operational workflows for content and privacy compliance across OpenAI
