Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a legal department or law firm, or a Juris Doctor degree with 3+ years of experience in compliance. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of implementing regulatory reporting and permitting without lapses or citations are required, as well as the ability to analyze and review data submissions for accuracy.
The Compliance Manager will monitor ongoing compliance requirements, work with cross-functional teams to operationalize those requirements, own coordinating and drafting transportation network company permit applications and renewal applications, own regulatory reporting and fee submissions, assist with licensing/permitting and compliance stand-ups in new markets, and complete ad hoc research on compliance-related questions and issues, supporting the Compliance Team in optimizing HopSkipDrive’s regulatory portfolio.
