Responsibilities
The Federal Compliance Manager will drive Cribl’s FedRAMP Moderate ATO by coordinating across various teams, including Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Legal Support, and external partners. They will be responsible for building and maintaining FedRAMP-aligned documentation, such as the SSP, policies, and procedures, adapting enterprise-grade expectations to a startup setting. The role involves translating control language into practical implementation guidance, defining and operationalizing controls efficiencies across multiple compliance frameworks, and supporting customer-facing security conversations and audits. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with Security leadership and Engineering Program Management to scale the internal compliance capability for federal opportunities, and may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
