Requirements

• Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements in India, Singapore, and the US (financial, secretarial, and tax regulations).
• Experience preparing and filing tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, etc.).
• Ability to conduct tax reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience with tax audits and inquiries.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing documentation and international tax matters.
• Support for statutory audits from a tax perspective.
• Risk assessment and compliance monitoring skills.
• Ability to stay updated on evolving regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements in India, Singapore, and the US.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns.
• Conduct regular tax reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting and payment of tax liabilities.
• Assist in managing tax audits and inquiries.
• Provide support on transfer pricing documentation and international tax matters.
• Support statutory audit from a tax perspective.
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks.
• Provide advice on potential risks specific to each jurisdiction.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory standards.
