Requirements

4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax (Big 4 experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax

Responsibilities

Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740, including calculating the tax provision, gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders, assisting with questions from external auditors, preparing management reporting summaries, and preparing SEC disclosures
US Tax compliance management, including working with third party service providers to facilitate US income tax returns, gathering PBC requests for third party preparers, reviewing tax returns prepared by third party, and reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments
General tax items, including cash tax forecasting, researching new income tax laws applicable to Angi, reviewing foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments, and ad hoc income tax related projects
