Compensation Analyst

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in compensation and equity analysis, with a strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and MSUs. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with securities laws and regulations, particularly Form 3 and 4 filings, is also necessary.
The Compensation & Equity Analyst will manage the day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, including processing equity transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. They will also support data management tasks within the People Ops team and contribute to data reconciliation efforts.
