Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled, quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and check in regularly with all members
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using collected information to personalize experiences
  • Follow up in person with members submitting bad ratings for conference rooms, tickets, or negative Medallia responses
  • Follow the issue resolution model, utilizing the severity scale, and ensure solutions meet member needs
  • Review all Medallia responses to identify improvements and implement proactive changes
  • Support front desk coverage schedule as needed for consistent business hours coverage
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings with new accounts for successful move-ins
  • Complete New Member Orientation for all new accounts
  • Curate new member onboarding materials like welcome notes and FAQ guides for move-in day
  • Conduct move-out interviews to understand departing members' experiences
  • Conduct building tours for VIPs or prospective members set up by Sales
  • Alert Growth Team contacts for member requests related to move-outs, extensions, transfers, etc
  • Hand-off prospective member sales (walk-ins, current members, guests) to sales contacts
  • Provide feedback on event programming based on member makeup and evaluate events
  • Set up and host weekly social events to build community; execute Value-Driving events
  • Distribute event promotion info, including creating and posting posters
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements for events are met
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to address issues and escalate recurring ones
  • Explain WeWork policies/procedures and update members on building issues via email, in person, or broadcast
  • Manage building energy, ensuring appropriate music levels and activations by daypart and occasion
  • Liaise with in-building third parties
