Requirements

  • Report to the building daily to ensure members’ needs are met and WeWork global standards are maintained
  • Work with a variety of members from different backgrounds and industries, or focus on Enterprise clients (depending on location), which may involve different holidays, technical systems, operational and relationship requirements, and property management responsibilities
  • Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and check in regularly with all members
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using collected information to personalize experiences
  • Follow up in person with members submitting bad ratings for conference rooms, tickets, or negative Medallia responses
  • Follow issue resolution model using severity scale to meet member needs fully
  • Review all Medallia responses to implement proactive improvements
  • Support front desk coverage schedule for consistent business hours coverage
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings, New Member Orientation, and curate onboarding materials for new accounts
  • Conduct move-out interviews for departing members

Responsibilities

  • Deliver un-compromised member experience through curated events based on members’ interests, introducing members for business opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests
  • Achieve Membership Engagement & Retention targets, including regular check-ins and personalized experiences
  • Handle Move-In & Move-Out processes, including orientations, materials, and exit interviews
  • Provide feedback on event programming types based on member makeup and evaluate events by attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Set up and host weekly social events to build community and execute Value-Driving events planned by the Events team
  • Distribute event promotion info, including creating and posting weekly and individual event posters
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements (e.g., elevators, HVAC) are met for events
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to address building operations and management needs
