Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 1-3 years of relevant work experience, proficiency in various computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office, the ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases, excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated track record of success with partner management.
The Community Coordinator I will create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan based on need and opportunity, manage the property's Connected Communities budget, review and track goals with Property Managers and Regional Managers, coordinate resources for residents addressing six key community outcomes, provide direct resident services assistance and 1-1 coaching, establish and maintain relationships with local service providers and community partners, collect and analyze resident data, develop communication methods for residents, and participate in professional development opportunities.
