Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk as the on-site point of contact during business hours
  • Greet members and guests warmly
  • Ensure guests sign in properly via Welkio iPad per guest policy
  • Build relationships by learning names and personalizing experiences
  • Maintain up-to-date building-specific forms
  • Notify members of food deliveries and couriers
  • Answer member and guest questions on building matters
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Celebrate members’ successes and milestones with gifts and notes
  • Promote events by creating and posting weekly and individual event posters, and distributing info
  • Ensure operational requirements for events (e.g., elevators, HVAC)
  • Input notes about members into Kube or equivalent system
  • Identify and execute opportunities to connect members
  • Recommend local services to members
  • Be active on the WeWork member network to engage members
  • Support Community Management team, take direction from Community Lead and Manager
  • Build welcoming community through events and relationships
  • Ensure building is fully operational and processes run efficiently
  • Drive growth and promotion of WeWork services
  • Illustrate WeWork’s core values
