Requirements

  • Proven track record in adult education within a commercial organization
  • Very good language skills in German, French and English
  • University degree or comparable executive training in adult education and/or coaching
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical / medical technology industry
  • Capabilities and experience in using state of the art training tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience in working with Allego
  • Proven track record in using state of the art training methods (including but not limited to webinars, podcasts, video on demand, virtual quizzes, etc)
  • Ability to travel flexibly mostly within Europe for at least 30% of time

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of the training strategy of the Diabetes Care division within Austria and Switzerland
  • Alignment of the training strategy within the commercial leadership team as well as the EMEA training organization
  • Identification of training needs across the commercial organisation
  • Development of training curricula depending on training needs identified using state of the art adult training methodologies and systems
  • Organization of virtual as well as face to face trainings
  • Conducting training sessions, virtual as well as face to face in German, English and French, taking into account both knowledge levels and language capabilities of trainees
  • Conducting regular knowledge checks including implementation of feedback loops on the trainings delivered
