Candidates must be proficient in English and Swedish, with knowledge of Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish being a plus. A recognized qualification in sciences and laboratory product knowledge are required, along with excellent telephone manner and communication skills, a practical understanding of the sales process, and previous tele-sales/sales experience.
The Commercial Tender Specialist will ensure the achievement of sales targets by identifying and developing opportunities from public tenders, building and maintaining relationships with local account managers, analyzing tender content to qualify leads, coordinating with relevant functions for product selection, optimizing price offerings, collaborating with local specialists for tender submissions, maintaining customer records in SalesForce.com, analyzing lost tenders, and maintaining a library of technical documents. They will also be responsible for occasional travel for customer meetings and training sessions.
