Requirements

  • Fluency in both Russian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Necessary work authorization (position not eligible for sponsorship)
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience maintaining total sales at or above quota, preferably in commodity or financial information provider role
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated operator

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the sales process to meet and exceed revenue quotas using consultative sales techniques to cultivate referrals, generate new opportunities, follow up on leads, and drive a healthy pipeline
  • Proactively seek out new customer groups, collaborate with marketing and sales specialists to convert prospects into sales, focusing on acquiring new customers to boost subscription deal sizes and number of new logos
  • Create and execute strategic direction within designated territory, regularly updating customer-centric sales strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders to align with client needs and S&P Global Commodity Insights’ broader strategy
  • Leverage insights from client interactions and other functions to provide maximum value and achieve optimal results
  • Conduct monthly activity reporting including feedback on client and market developments
  • Provide accurate forecasting against pipeline achievements and annual contract value (ACV)
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director for the region to establish a robust and consistent strategy, ensuring all leads, activities, and customer needs are captured in a timely manner
