Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably B2B, and a proven record of success in an inside or outside sales-based selling model. Experience selling technical products, particularly in the construction or financial/fintech sectors, is highly preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com, and online collaboration tools is also required.
As a Commercial Solution Specialist, Financial Management, the individual will function as the Financial Management Subject Matter Expert, identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases, partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption and churn mitigation, providing updates on product capabilities and customer value, and pursuing knowledge of key competitors. They will also work to increase knowledge of construction products and/or financial or fintech products, develop trusted relationships with customers, and provide visibility into Financial Management performance and forecasts to support sales leadership’s ARR targets.
