Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, plus 5+ years in sales operations, pricing, commercial operations, or a related field (or 3+ years with a Master’s). Proven success managing moderately complex deal structures is also required.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM (CPQ strongly preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, scenario modeling) is required, along with strong analytical skills.
