Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end commercial process, from customer inquiry to order confirmation
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial offers, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility
  • Drive negotiations, providing accurate and timely documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM/DM systems, tracking opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies
  • Act as a liaison between product leadership, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
