Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience selling tech/SaaS/data solutions within the energy, maritime/logistics, or commodities sectors in Latin America. Fluency in Spanish (native) and English (C1/C2) is required, with Portuguese being a strong plus. A strong track record of winning new business, consistently exceeding quotas, and a robust existing network of decision-makers across relevant LATAM industries are essential. The ideal candidate possesses a self-starter mindset, excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with strong consultative selling and analytical abilities. Candidates must also be authorized to work and reside in their country of base within Latin America.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Manager LATAM will manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing deals. They will drive new business opportunities with mid-size to enterprise clients and build a strong sales pipeline across various industries. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining deep relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to maximize long-term account value, owning a portfolio of accounts with clear growth quotas and revenue targets, and collaborating closely with global Sales, Product, and Market Analysts to provide market insights. The role also involves accurately forecasting sales performance, reporting on KPIs, and helping to refine and scale LATAM sales strategy, best practices, and processes.
