Candidates must possess a state-issued Property & Casualty insurance license, a college degree or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 5 years of agency experience in the designated field. Proficiency in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft products is also required.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will develop retention strategy and new business acquisition meetings with the producer, gather data from clients, work independently on risk placement, collaborate with the team on marketing strategy, prepare new/renewal proposals, attend meetings, monitor open items, develop client relationships with carriers, review contracts, identify new exposures, communicate with the producer and team, analyze client data, answer underwriting questions, and use independent judgment to conceptualize solutions for client needs.
