Responsibilities

The Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners across Europe. Additionally, the role involves providing legal advice to cross-functional teams and contributing to the scaling of the Legal Team's commercial function in Europe.
