Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Manager, or Contracts Paralegal. Proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating NDAs and order forms is required, along with experience using commercial contracting tools such as Salesforce, Conga, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, a customer-first attitude, and a process-minded orientation are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision is also necessary.
The Commercial Contracts Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for commercial contracts-related education and process guidance to GTM and Telecom Carrier Relations colleagues. They will review and vet a high volume of requests for legal support, negotiate NDAs independently, and draft non-standard contractual terms into order forms with minimal supervision. This role involves being an operational expert on Twilio’s contracting processes, contributing to the Center of Excellence Playbook, and supporting ad-hoc operational projects across multiple legal functions.
