Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trading with first-hand experience at either financial institutes or technology companies
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills

Responsibilities

  • Retention of our customer base, building trusted relationships that drive customer success, enable upsell opportunities, and cultivate satisfied clients to develop long term collaboration
  • Expand allocated account portfolio through cross selling into existing clients or onboard new logo to the organization
  • Achieve the annual allocated budget and act as a primary point of contact on all account matters for a portfolio of ION Markets customers (primarily banks and financial institutions)
  • Gain a full knowledge of customer business drivers, budget cycle, operations and their current use of ION products to gain the maximum possible value from their investment
  • Actively understand prospect client needs and identify the best solution to address the client needs
  • Act as the final point of escalation and overlook the overall customer relationship with existing customers
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects in the region
  • Understanding each customer’s business drivers, budget, operations and current needs requirements
  • Developing and executing account plans and new sales campaigns/activities with a goal of achieving the annual sales target
  • Driving revenue growth through execution of ION’s go-to-market strategies, with a focus on opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Generating commercial proposals and presentations
  • Promoting ION value added solutions to bring further value to customers from their relationship with ION
  • Working regularly with ION customer support, professional services, commercial, legal, invoicing, and senior management teams to ensure high quality service delivery across all engagements
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and events
  • Understanding key industry topics and trends, to support customer discussions
