Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition and retention: actively identify and capture new clients (agencies, companies, public organizations, hotels, MICE events) to offer discretionary transport/mobility services; retain existing clients
  • Service promotion: effectively communicate the advantages and features of services, adapting the message to client needs and generating service quotes
  • Sales closing: convert client interest into direct sales, ensuring maximum client satisfaction
  • Relationship and service management: establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and recurring clients, ensuring high service levels; provide customer attention throughout the commercial and booking process
  • Collaboration: work closely with operations, traffic, billing, reservations, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Activity reporting, collections, and billing: regularly report to the Commercial Director on sales, improvement opportunities, and client feedback
