Responsibilities
Manage and monitor sales of integrated communication structure to enterprise customers (multi-site regional businesses, national accounts, 20-500 employees, medical and education institutions) to maximize revenues and meet objectives
Ensure optimal sales team staffing, training readiness, selection, development, appraisal and motivation of Enterprise Account Executives
Develop, plan and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals
Ensure team and individual achievement of sales, quality goals and standards
Monitor employee performance, counsel, advise, address personnel/performance issues per company policy
Prepare, analyze and maintain records of sales and performance activities; ensure accurate forecasts of revenue and units
Design, implement and manage territory team structure; coordinate with internal teams for effectiveness and efficiency
Develop and implement best practices, lead by example, model Comcast Credo, Touchstones and Promise
Coach, develop, appraise and motivate sales representatives to exceed objectives; educate on sales planning tactics and ensure training compliance
