Candidates must possess a minimum of a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or BMAD qualification, a valid driver's license, and own a car. Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential, and applicants must reside in or near Gotland. Preferred qualifications include experience in occupational health services and/or laboratory services, as well as experience in training others.
The Collector will independently book and perform random alcohol and drug tests (saliva or urine) for clients, adhering to Chain of Custody procedures. Responsibilities also include conducting assigned training sessions, attending mandatory Teams meetings, and potentially training new collectors. The role requires the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with the flexibility to plan shifts monthly.
