Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of our Europe & HIPO vendor collaborators, ensuring strong delivery against liquidation, cure rate, and customer experience targets
Translate global recovery goals into tailored regional strategies while expanding coverage into new European markets
Supervise governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to GDPR and local collections regulations in partnership with Legal and Risk teams
Identify root-cause performance issues through weekly reviews and drive sustainable improvements via monthly and quarterly business reviews
Partner closely with global colleagues in APAC to share standard processes and maintain cross-regional coverage and alignment
Influence long-term transformation through data-driven insights, process optimizations, and advocacy for modern tools such as AI and automation
