Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in accounts receivable and collections roles, demonstrate strong communication skills with both team members and customers, and possess intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is considered a plus, and detail-oriented individuals with exceptional problem-solving skills are desired.

Responsibilities

The Collections Analyst will maintain accurate records and reporting on all collection activities, run aging reports, monitor accounts for overdue payments daily, research and contact clients regarding overdue payments via email and phone, update customer records and collection efforts in NetSuite weekly, report on collection activity to management weekly, reconcile customer payments, open OR and AREs in Salesforce, review and update escalation reporting, and assist with accounting activities for company integrations.
