Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering and Career Mentorship
Passionate about teaching, classroom leadership, and inclusive education
Strong classroom leadership skills and ability to manage Teaching Assistants (Tech Fellows)
Proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies
Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons aligned with learner needs

Responsibilities

Lead lectures and career workshops for the Careers in Tech course
Support students in achieving learning objectives through thorough lesson preparation
Manage, mentor, and support Teaching Assistants (Tech Fellows)
Hold regular virtual office hours to encourage student participation
Ensure all assignments and deliverables are graded in a timely manner
Integrate enrichment components like technical interview prep workshops
Share timely feedback with the CTEx program team about the student experience
Deepen institutional knowledge base by capturing and sharing knowledge with future students
