Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic with a genuine love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout, demonstrating a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals, and exhibit a reliable and professional demeanor with a comfort level on a microphone leading a fast-paced class in a high-energy environment. Prior group fitness experience is a plus but not required, and a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri), the ability to coach a minimum of six (6) classes, ~9 hours per week, and one (1) full weekend day per week are necessary, along with the ability to coach a minimum of three holidays per year: One summer (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day); One winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); One pre/post (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve).
[solidcore] coaches lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and providing personalized support and motivation to push through challenging workouts, participating in team meetings and events, learning new techniques, interacting with clients and the fitness community, embodying the solidcore brand and culture, creating a welcoming fitness space, and demonstrating a genuine desire to inspire and motivate others within the community.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
