Manage visual merchandising, shipping, and receiving as the visual merchandising lead for smooth store operations
Thoroughly implement Nike policies and regulations for excellent store operations
Actively propose ideas to support strategic planning and execution
Collaborate with headquarters departments for store and staff management/maintenance
Execute flexible store planning and setup based on seasonal directives and planograms to embody the Nike brand world
Maintain optimal VMD through store improvements based on KPIs and sales, inventory management, price checks, and collaboration with other teams
