Candidates should possess a passion for the [solidcore] brand and demonstrate a commitment to helping others discover their potential, with no prior fitness teaching experience or certification required. They must be able to think quickly and provide clients of differing skill levels with support and motivation, and be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive fitness space for all backgrounds and abilities.
[solidcore] coaches will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques and best practices, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, create a welcoming fitness space, perform client-facing system tasks, tour prospective clients, regularly interact with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction, maintain product knowledge, and assist with daily operations, including keeping the studio clean and communicating studio issues and changes to clients and team members. They will also notify the Area Manager and/or studio management team of any complaints or grievances and assist in responding appropriately.
