Candidates should possess a passion for the [solidcore] brand and a dedication to helping others discover their capabilities, with no prior fitness teaching experience or certification required. They must be able to think quickly, provide personalized support and motivation to clients of varying skill levels, and embody the [solidcore] brand and culture.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through challenging workouts, while also creating a welcoming and inclusive fitness space for all backgrounds and abilities. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, perform routine client-facing system tasks, tour prospective clients, maintain product knowledge, address client needs and concerns, assist with daily operations, and notify management of complaints or grievances.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
