Candidates should possess a passion for the [solidcore] brand and a dedication to helping others discover their potential, as prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required. They must be able to think quickly, provide clients with support and motivation, and embody the [solidcore] brand and culture.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through challenging workouts, while providing personalized attention and accountability. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, create a welcoming fitness space, perform client-facing system tasks, tour prospective clients, maintain product knowledge, and assist with daily operations and studio upkeep. Additionally, coaches will notify management of complaints and grievances and respond appropriately to client needs and concerns.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
