Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic with a genuine love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout, as well as a passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should also demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and be reliable and professional with a comfortable ability to coach a class with loud music and energy. Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, along with the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week.
Solidcore coaches are responsible for leading clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines, and providing personalized support and motivation to varying skill levels. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the solidcore brand and culture, and create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space. Additionally, coaches are expected to create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities, and to be available to coach a minimum of three holidays per year.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
