Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in teaching, facilitation, or public speaking, along with exceptional skills in these areas. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Zoom and virtual facilitation, strong organizational and time management skills, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion. Experience that aligns with Braven’s mission and the needs of its student population is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach will facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs, prepare for facilitation by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently, attend all LC trainings, and perform other duties as assigned, including working remotely from one of Braven’s operating states and being available during specific times each week, particularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4-11 PM ET, to accommodate the highest-need Learning Lab sessions.”} id=
