Candidates should possess optimism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a genuine love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, as well as a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and exhibit a reliable and professional demeanor. Prior group fitness experience is considered a plus, but not a requirement, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, alongside the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week. Furthermore, the candidate must be comfortable coaching a minimum of three holidays per year, including specific dates like Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
[solidcore] coaches are responsible for leading clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines, and providing personalized support and motivation to clients of varying skill levels. They will also participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, and create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space. Coaches will be expected to create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities, and to demonstrate a genuine desire to inspire and motivate others.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
