Requirements

7+ years of experience in product leadership roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Strong track record of building and scaling successful consumer-facing digital products
Hands-on builder mindset (comfortable with prototyping, low-code/no-code, and AI tools)
Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with commercial metrics
Clear, concise communicator capable of aligning stakeholders
Deep understanding of product best practices (A/B testing, UX/UI, research, experimentation)
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Experience in FinTech or similarly regulated industries (Bonus)
Experience incorporating AI into digital products (Bonus)

Responsibilities

Launch and scale a FinTech product from scratch, focusing on Product-Market Fit
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Translate customer insights into actionable product initiatives
Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to optimization
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure impact
Collaborate with fellow co-founders, tech, design, and growth teams
Foster a data-informed, test-and-learn culture
