Requirements
Candidates must have solid experience in fast-growing startups and a proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1. A go-getter, hands-on attitude is essential, along with at least 5 years of experience in the tech industry in a leadership position. Excellent communication and public speaking skills are required, as well as an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset for solving complex problems with limited resources. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills are necessary, and experience in HRTech or vSaaS for Blue Collar industries is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
